You can add a new order by clicking on the 'Add Order' button in the dashboard or by going to the 'My Orders' section and clicking on 'Add Order'. You will need to fill in the Receiver's details, Sender's details, and Pickup Address. After entering the package details, including dead weight and volumetric weight, proceed to the 'Ship Now' option to finalize the order.

Dead Weight is the actual physical weight of the package measured on a scale. Volumetric Weight considers the size of the package, calculated by measuring its length, width, and height in centimeters. Shipping companies charge based on whichever weight is greater to ensure fair pricing for the space used in delivery vehicles.

After adding the order and selecting a courier partner, you will need to choose a pickup date for the shipment. Once the date is selected, click on 'Schedule Pickup' to move the order to 'Ready to Ship' status. If the pickup is scheduled, download the manifest form and have it signed when the courier agent picks up the package.

The AWB (Airway Bill) number is a unique tracking number automatically generated after the payment is made for an order. It allows you to track the progress of your shipment online.

Once the courier agent picks up the package, the order status will change to 'In Transit'. You can track your order by clicking on the 'Track Order' button in the system, which will show the shipment updates provided by the courier partner.

Before shipping any product, make sure it is not on the prohibited list. Additionally, always take OTP consent from the user before proceeding with the shipment to ensure compliance and security.

Items such as batteries, currency, corrosive liquids, arms, chemicals, passports, jewelry, radioactive materials, magnetized materials, explosives, bio-hazardous materials, fuel, alcohol without proper permits, and pornographic materials are strictly prohibited from being shipped due to safety, legal, and environmental concerns.

Choose a sturdy, new cardboard box that fits your items well. For valuable items costing more than ₹7000, it's recommended to use tamper-evident boxes. Ensure the box can handle the weight and pressure of your items.

Wrap each fragile item separately using bubble wrap or foam. Fill any empty spaces in the box with cushioning material to prevent movement during transit.

Cover sharp objects, like knives, with thick newspaper and secure them with tape. Place them in a separate box and seal it well before packing it with other items.

Seal the box securely with packing tape, reinforcing the edges and corners. Download the label from the order section and attach it clearly on the box. If necessary, mark the package as "Fragile" or include any special handling instructions."

If the original packaging is available, use it. If not, wrap the electronics in bubble wrap and place them in a sturdy box with extra padding. Ensure the box is properly sealed and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
