Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lync Express website, platforms, and Lync Express Mobile Application (collectively, the “Applications”). The Application is owned by Lync Express.
Eligibility
The Application is provided by Lync Express and is available only to entities and persons who have reached the age of legal majority and are competent to enter into legally binding agreements under the applicable law. If you do not meet these criteria, you are not permitted to use the Application.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services, content, and information on this website are provided on an “as is” basis. Lync Express, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third-party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. Lync Express, its affiliates, and licensors make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, security, or timeliness of the services, content, or information provided on or through the Lync Express applications.
Lync Express Licenses
All customized graphics, icons, and other items that appear on the Applications are trademarks or service marks (“Marks”) of Lync Express, and licenses to use such Marks may not be used or interfered with in any manner. Lync Express does not convey any ownership rights in the Lync Express applications or any content appearing on the Applications. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, repost, perform, display, or in any way commercially exploit any of the content available in the Application, nor reverse engineer the Applications. Lync Express reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without notice, and it is the responsibility of the user to review the policies, terms, and conditions mentioned on this website.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the Lync Express applications and their content is at your sole risk. Lync Express will not be liable to you or any person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages under any theory of law for any errors in, or the use of or inability to use, the Lync Express application and its content, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business, data, or damage to any computer systems, even if you have advised Lync Express of the possibility of such damages.
Modification of Terms
Lync Express may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Applications after any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. Any aspect of the Application may be changed, supplemented, deleted, or updated without notice, at the sole discretion of Lync Express.
List of banned or Prohibited Products

*The above list may change from time to time based on government regulations and directives. The same shall be intimated to the Merchant in writing.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and courts of India will have jurisdiction.

Lync Express had identified a panel of service providers who are capable to provide efficient services all across the country within 1-15 days.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can add a new order by clicking on the 'Add Order' button in the dashboard or by going to the 'My Orders' section and clicking on 'Add Order'. You will need to fill in the Receiver's details, Sender's details, and Pickup Address. After entering the package details, including dead weight and volumetric weight, proceed to the 'Ship Now' option to finalize the order.
Dead Weight is the actual physical weight of the package measured on a scale. Volumetric Weight considers the size of the package, calculated by measuring its length, width, and height in centimeters. Shipping companies charge based on whichever weight is greater to ensure fair pricing for the space used in delivery vehicles.
After adding the order and selecting a courier partner, you will need to choose a pickup date for the shipment. Once the date is selected, click on 'Schedule Pickup' to move the order to 'Ready to Ship' status. If the pickup is scheduled, download the manifest form and have it signed when the courier agent picks up the package.
The AWB (Airway Bill) number is a unique tracking number automatically generated after the payment is made for an order. It allows you to track the progress of your shipment online.
Once the courier agent picks up the package, the order status will change to 'In Transit'. You can track your order by clicking on the 'Track Order' button in the system, which will show the shipment updates provided by the courier partner.
Before shipping any product, make sure it is not on the prohibited list. Additionally, always take OTP consent from the user before proceeding with the shipment to ensure compliance and security.
Items such as batteries, currency, corrosive liquids, arms, chemicals, passports, jewelry, radioactive materials, magnetized materials, explosives, bio-hazardous materials, fuel, alcohol without proper permits, and pornographic materials are strictly prohibited from being shipped due to safety, legal, and environmental concerns.
Choose a sturdy, new cardboard box that fits your items well. For valuable items costing more than ₹7000, it's recommended to use tamper-evident boxes. Ensure the box can handle the weight and pressure of your items.
Wrap each fragile item separately using bubble wrap or foam. Fill any empty spaces in the box with cushioning material to prevent movement during transit.
Cover sharp objects, like knives, with thick newspaper and secure them with tape. Place them in a separate box and seal it well before packing it with other items.
Seal the box securely with packing tape, reinforcing the edges and corners. Download the label from the order section and attach it clearly on the box. If necessary, mark the package as "Fragile" or include any special handling instructions."
If the original packaging is available, use it. If not, wrap the electronics in bubble wrap and place them in a sturdy box with extra padding. Ensure the box is properly sealed and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
