Once our Courier Service Partner has confirmed the pickup of an order, cancellations are not permitted. In such instances, Lync Express will charge a penalty equivalent to the total order amount. Additionally, we may retain the courier fees or apply them to a future order.

Decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Lync Express and are final.
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 business days, subject to the policies of the issuing bank for credit or debit cards.
Lync Express may modify Subscription Plans, including prices, features, and options, periodically. Any changes to the price or Subscription Plan will take effect no sooner than 30 days after the User is notified. Lync Express does not offer refunds or credits for any partial Subscription periods or unused Services.
